Nope. not at all. It can be confusing but these two systems handle completely different issues and are handled by two seperate Teams of People. 

When should I submit a Maintenace Ticket?

anytime you notice a building’s interior or exterior content in disrepair such as: 

  • Broken Furniture
  • Heating or AC not functioning
  • Indoor Lighting
  • Parking lot issues
  • Plumbing problems
  • Possible Hazzards
  • Etc.

HOW QUICKLY WILL THE MAINTENANCE BE DONE?

Depending on the severity of your reported issue, the ticket will move up or down the priority list. however ALL items on the list will be examined thoughtfully.
