So how do I get to The Ticket System?

You’ll find a a shortcut on the desktop of every employee machine at ITI

If you can’t access the shortcut on your desktop, you can go to: https://www.iticollege.edu/ticket-system from ANY computer with internet access

Filling out a Ticket:
  • After submitting a ticket, please monitor your email in case we have follow up questions.
  • Your SUBJECT of issue will appear in the subject line of our ticket so please use this line thoughtfully.
  • Issue DETAILS should not be vague ie: “computer is being weird” tells us nothing.
  • Issue DETAILS that are specific help us to prioritize: ie: “Computer froze while using power point and Student needs it to take a quiz in 10 minutes”
  • Please only list 1 issue per ticket. If you put multiple /unrelated items on one ticket it is hard for us to distribute, prioritize or track.
